Windows 7 everything up to date. Internet explorer 10. Updated itself. but I haven't had a problem with any other website.

Not using any.
Try using "compatibility view" in IE 10. Looks like a little piece of paper ripped in half, by the refresh icon in the address bar.

know what it is and it doesn't show up.
All I get is

This page can't be displayed.
make sure the web address www.detoursusa.com is correct.
