Default Any last suggestions/tips?

So after debating long enough I believe I'll go through with the fender trimming. I don't plan on taking much off just a slight trim. I do like the look and how the tires stand out slightly more. I plan on using a dremmel tool with the small discs so the cuts will be nice and precise. This is something I've never done and I don't want a hack job. Is there anything anyone that's done it before can suggest to me? Thanks.

Cut and fold both front and rear. Cut up to the "mini flares" and then bend back with pliers or something and then beat flat with mallet.

that's what I was wondering if you could bend back the splices you cut in the fenders instead of hammering away,I'll definitely do that.
