I'm building a yota for a buddy have nothing bad to say about them. We as 4x4ers need to stop the stupid Jeeps are better no toyots are better n your both wrong internationals are better BS and go we all like being off pavement lets stand together and protect our sport no matter what rig you have.

X4. I've got plenty of respect for a well built rig, no matter who the manufacturer is. There are many ways to get to the same place and some of those Yota guys do it well! That being said, a few light-hearted punches back and forth never hurt anybody. Everybody who is into their cars is going to think that theirs is better than the competition . . .

I am pretty neutral because I own both and wheel both. The jeep can go farther than the yota, but I get better mpgs with the yota. I have never had any reliability issues with either of them. Though for the money you can't go wrong with an xj.

i like yotas but i dont like most of the ppl that drive yotas,cuz they just run there mouth way to much till they call me up askin if i can pull them out cuz there 4cyl. cant power the 35's they put on them through the mud

I can't dis on older Toyotas, a friend and I used to go a lot of nasty places in his old '81 with the 22R and 33s, but that was when they had solid front and rear axles.
I've also taken him in my Jeep, and he thinks it's a good rig. Every decent rig has its benefits and defecits, but I'll buy American until they plant me.

there ain't no point in being childish and keying someone's vehicle, or slashing tires, but sometimes smack talk is entertaining.
buddy's putting a 22re drivetrain into a cj5. i call it "project downgrade". he calls mine turd on wheels. nobody gets offended.
only a select few hotheads are too stuck up to wheel with any other brand vehicles. most of us go out wheeling with anybody that has 2+ wheels spinning.
