I just finished mine up last night. Here's a picture of the first one I made. I have since made another one, which sits more flush with the body. Will take pics of the new one as soon as I get a chance to.

Just get that mount 98PlumCrazy sells. I am running a 102" whip on mine and another dude is running a big fiberglass one on his and it is holding strong. I beat the **** out of mine too. I've actually seen the whip hit the ground it was swinging so hard and the mount is unphased.

98Plum does make a left and right mount. Jeeps aren't really wide enough for the duals to work right so it would mostly be cosmetic and a waste of money if you were to do it. A single will perform better.

98 Plums don't really stick off the side and if I don't rip it off, no one is going to. About the only thing I have not done to mine is drag it on it's side across some rocks. If that is your thing, then you might tear it off.

Might work OK. I make a lot of trails with the Jeep so I'd be afraid of tearing it off the top. If I lived in a less tropical place I don't think that would be a concern.
