Anyone have pictures of their rear fender flares removed WITHOUT doing the trim or replacing with aftermarket? Maybe work-in-progress pics from one of those projects?
My left front flare came loose when I took off the bumper caps, and I lost it on the highway. I cut the splash guard and made my passenger side match. Now my right rear flare is coming loose and I'm wondering what it would look like to remove them. No power tools yet, though..

Isn't it just held on by screws?

Sent from my mind using the rusty stock leafs off my xj.

Yeah, but they're a PITA to reattach and I wanna know if I should try to get this one seated in place or just pull them. I mentioned not having power tools so people don't start telling me to 'just trim and roll them.'

Thanks. I kept finding pics already cut and rolled. I don't have internet in my apartment yet, and it gets frustrating trying to load dozens of image results with each search using my phone. That said, does anybody else have some, or could you link me to a page?

Check my pics. Mine are off. They are trimmed BUT only to the spot welds so IMO looks much better than just removing like that pic a couple of posts up. Roughly a inch is removed to look more like a factory lip. They look goofy with rear flare removed & not trimmed with the 2" wide flat lip.

Thanks, great lookin Jeeps in your pics. Did you have to roll it, or was that just excess that you trimmed off? My flares are still on right now and I can't see it first hand.
