Default anderson quick disconnects

i got a few of the anderson quick disconnects from work (the Junkyard for you that dont know) is there any way to pull out the old cable so i can buy new tabs to make myself a disconnect jumper cable?

Yeah, you can take a small screwdriver and remove the connectors from the housing.

I've never found the endings for sale without the housings. If you do let me know please.
