Default Amp wiring help

Running a new amp I got, and i wanted to find a better way of running it in the engine bay. My old 8 gauge was running from the passenger side(battery) to the drivers side threw the firewall. My jeep is a 2000 and my new wiring is a 4 gauge. Anyone know where I can run that 4 gauge through the passenger side firewall? Really wanting to save about 5-6 ft. Of wiring!

theres a rubber boot feeding wiring inside the jeep on the passenger side of the firewall, all you got to do is pop it out then feed your wire through, i ran my 2 gauge that way so i know your 4 will work just fine. hope this helps ya.

I have a 1999 and when I was running wire for my two amps I used two runs of 4 guage and I just drilled two new holes. I just took a drill bit a little bit bigger than the diameter of the wire and cut two holes, ran wire, and then used a bunch of caulking to prevent rubbing.

I've seen what your talking about but I've never been able to find where it comes out of inside the jeep. It looks like its right below the passenger airbag but can't really tell
