Air compressor set ups
Wanting to do an air compressor set up but i dont know what direction to head...
I dont know anything really about these. What size is sufficient ? do i need to have a holding tank? really just gonna use it for airing up and airing down lol. But thought it would be another cool mod, how do i wire it up ?
Pictures are nice. and i dont wanna go with an ARB compressor some cheap and easy to do. sorry if this sounds nooby lol

Whoa.. Thats a little intense! i was thinking of like running one connected to the battery ive seen it done before but cant find it

I was going to suggest that second link ^, I plan to do that down the line on mine. You just need a little fan after you do the mod, I don't use my ac anyway so Idk why I haven't done it yet... oh ya I'm lazy lol

Its alot easier then it looks. I hooked it up to an 11 gallon tank off my ac and I can fill a 35 from 4psi to 35psi in under a minute- works better then my 33 gallon craftsman air compressor. Cost was about 120 with all the stuff to do it

I'm not at all sure at what size it is but it holds alot more air then a pancake compresser. What I'm doin is having a black and decor 1500 watt power inverter and putting the compressor in the bed when going wheeling. Plug it in when I need it

If the only intent is to air up tires, I would just bolt up something off the shelf. Take off the clamps and hardwire it. You don't really need a holding tank beyond what one of those might have attached to them. it won't be as fast as customzj's but will do fine.
If you were to get a little more into it with a 10 gallon tank or something, it would take a long time for most any small pump to pressurize it, and it adds many more steps to the process.
