They have a history of poor/slow customer service. With only these folks and one other... We don't have many choices of vendors. So... Whenever possible I order from any other source. Good luck!

I'm five years into working on my Jeeps... Used all the vendors/suppliers out there. By far these folks have the best prices... Best customer service... And most importantly... Are very knowledgeable. For future reference.

Just random stuff, full carpet, dash inlay, middle console, front grill, headlight Bessel rear taillight covers, and a bunch of little stuff. Might give it a few days and if I haven't heard anything ill put in a claim with PayPal.

yeah they have really poor communication skills and a pretty bad customer service. I ordered door weatherstripping from them about a month ago.place the order online they took PayPal payment immediately.
after about a week I hadn't heard anything from them or gotten shipping confirmation so I sent them an email. waited four days no response. so I tried calling left a message ...no answer. called again the next day took three tries finally got through to someone. I explained I hadnt gotten any kind of shipping confirmation or email and asked where my weather stripping was.

the girl put me on hold and then told me it was sitting in the warehouse.
I was a little annoyed, if they had in stock, why hadnt they shipped it almost two weeks after I ordered and they took my money.

she said it should ship out in the next few days so I said if it doesnt I would like a refund and would buy from a diff company. This is no way to do business.

four days later still hadn't gotten shipping confirmation so I called back again

finally got shipping confirmation number and it showed up later that week.

there are plenty of other companies out there if these guys can't be bothered to return a phone call or email and treat their customers with common courtesy.

I understand it's only $50 purchase and maybe that has something to do with it but, because my experience, I certainly won't be buying anything else from Team Cherokee

Man that sucks! The only reason I liked them was they offered express international shipping via ups for a good price. Now I'm in two minds weather to just put in a PayPal claim and order off another site.

Just pissed me off as they were quick to answer all questions I had before I paid and once I did I've heard nothing.
