adding on to a lift kit
i have a 3 inch rough country AAL lift kit, im just wondering is it possible to add this to it?

its the 2'' budget boost lift kit, comes with shackles for the rear and spacers for the front shocks. would this work? im really wanting to see 32 or 33s on my jeep

yes sir.
im planning on buying those, and then buying a 3'' kit and fitting 32s, so i should be right at 4'' give or take once it settles.

2" may not seem like much, but on top of an existing lift.....
How about a new adjustable trackbar?
Adjustable control arms?
Longer shocks?
Longer SwayBar disconnects?
SYE will be needed at 5" of lift.

Another thing to keep in mind.... The passenger side shackle might interfere with the tail pipe... It hangs down pretty low and it is kind of wide...
If this gives you an idea.... Here is mentioned budget boost kit on brand new stock height springs...

mmmmm..... if I did it over again I think I would just buy the shackles and some 2" lift springs. It would be about $30 more but I wouldn't have to have the spacers on the front.

Chevy 1500 lines work, and are cheap. IIRC 96_XJ put some work in and got all the part numbers and such put together to make it real easy.
How about drive shaft length? Which one you going with?
