Default AC wheel wont click in

hey guys i know that the ac dident work when i bought it but my uncle said
it could be eletrical or the gas is empty ? anyone got this problem ?the guy i bought it off said it worked when he had it ...well we all heard that before

If the charge is low the compressor won't cycle. best bet is to charge the system, test the operation and check it for leaks. If it works ok after you charge it, chances are you have a leak somewhere, if the hole is big enough you may be able to hear it or smell it leaking out.

Check you a/c clutch relay fuse. It was what was wrong with mine

Stop guessing and take it to a shop for a proper diagnoses.
