92 xj rear shackles, how do i get upper bolts out?
do i have to remove the tank? I hoped the upper bolt in frame was welded in place but it is just spinning. any help on best solution/

The internal nut, which was tacked in place is spinning, you'll need to slice the steel & get a wrench on it or retack it......

Yeah... That blows. No fun way around that one. For future reference, I ALWAYS get the torch out before approaching bolts screwed into weld-in nuts. It's the only way I've found to get them out without damaging something.
