89 manual trans
So I'm in the process of moving from Baltimore to Seattle. I have been talking to a guy in Seattle that has a 89 XJ with a five speed and I'm hoping to but it. From what I read this is the year when they switched from the ba10/5 to the ax15.
I folded him how to tell them apart and he is yet to get back to me. Does anyone know when they did the switch and what are my chances that it is an ax15? Any info would be helpful.
