3'' to 8'' is quite a jump. youd have to buy driveshafts, brake lines, and everything.

id start out with just a shackle and spacer lift added onto your current lift which should level you out at 5''. and keep your 32s

then sooner or later ditch the blocks for 4.5 full leaf packs(plus the 2 inch shackles you have), and get 6.5 coils for the front to level it out. you should sit at 6.5 exactly and then you could get 33s and have excellent flexabilty.

Keep in mind that each time you raise it you need to address the steering and pinion angles. If you dont have an sye now you will need one and the front shaft should be fine so long as it has the cv style. With as much as i have i still have the stock front shaft and its not even close to falling out. I too would recommend against the blocks for the rear. Depending on what you replaced when you did the first lift you need to look at the brakelines and shocks, drop pitman are or over the knuckle steering as well. I am still able to drive mine as a DD or out of town when ever i want to or need to so it doable for sure.

Just curious on what terrain you plan on wheeling that you'd want low axle clearance but a lot of flex?
