Depends on if your state allows no fenders, you'll have to check the laws of your state, or maybe check the "classifieds" or craigslist for some new fender flares that won't look horrible

We don't allow the tires to protrude 1.5in out body off vehicle. It doesn't pass Virginia safety inspection nor is it legal on the street. You can be ticketed.

It is up to your city and state ordnances. On how far a tire may extend, past the body. Just like ride height (High or lowered) Or tire size, exhaust requirements, and window tint. License plate requirements, Exterior lighting requirements, ETC., ETC. So rather than take the word of folks here, You may find the info you need through the your States DMV. I my self, prefer not to get stopped for things.
