3 inch to 4.5 inch lift help?????

ok guys so hears the deal i got a 3inch lift from rough country and my friends dad gave me 1.5inch shakels for the leafs. So if i buy 1.5 inch spacers for the front coils would i have to get new breaklines for the extension, new control arms ect?? is this a good idea or should i just stick with the 3inch?
