I run 33-12.5/15 dick Cepec crushers... They do really good in the rocks... I hate mud but they hold their own in it.... Road noise is a very minimum and I have 5000 miles on them and they still look brand new... When you go to buy tires give desertrat.com a shot... Best prices I have found

I love my KM2s, but they are a MT tire.

Are you using these for offroad only? Mostly offroad? Mostly on road?

What kind of wheeling do you do?

I love my km2's. they ride nice, they are quiet. And when aired down they stick to rocks like glue IMO it's a poor mans krawler. I would buy a 2nd set with our hesitation.

Like Gee oh Dee said, 2 questions influence this greatly:
1) What's the vehicle's primary use (where does it spend the majority of it's time)?
2) What type of offroad use does/will it see?

I ran mud tires on my daily driven rigs, even iroks, and creepy crawlers. Modern mud tires wear so well, are fairly quiet, and handle fine, there is really no reason to be afraid of them for a primarily street driven rig.

Km2s were a bargain at the time i got them, and i loved them. Went through a couple sidewalls, but its expected when you play with radials in the rocks, the optional road hazard warranty i sprung for took care of those.

X1000 on the KM2's, had em on my old rig and loved em, I run KM1's on my current rig..nearly impossible to find new now but still a GREAT tire...I ran bighorns for about a week..seemed like they were kinda loud, and super heavy. BFG A/T's are pretty sweet too...had them on my current rig when I bought it...good for on and mild offroad.

BFG All Terrains are great tires if you don't want MTs. Costco has really good pricing for them too.
