I wanted something more aggressive than the km2 but not a swamper, so I went with the federal couragia mt. The are awesome in mud, great on rocks, and very drivable on the street.

Yea, I still run a set of 33x12.50 DuraTracs on the Wrangler. Went swampers on the XJ. Living here in the mountains, snow and ice are a pretty big issue and the Duratracs deliver.

I just finished grooving and siping mine. Will have to wait for snow to see how they do but the wet traction is 10x better with siping and they ride almost as smooth as my old radials other than the noise.

What did you use to sipe them? Have thought of doing that or having it done, glad to hear wet traction is greatly improved

Toyo Mud Country. You can get them from trail blazers their in lexington. I get all my stuff from there they are good people

That is awesome looking! What size are those Fierces? I run them on my truck and I love them. I would like to get them for my Cherokee also.

33x10.50 Toyo Open Country MT's and Im not impressed, Sidewalls are to stiff, you have to air down alot to get any sidewall flex. They seem to work Ok but they dont live up to the extra cost if you ask me.

I'm running general grabbers. I love them! Best tires I've owned so far. I've put about 4000 miles on them on snow, ice, mud, and some rocks. They stick really well. I accelerate around corners that I used to fish tail around with my old tires. They seem to wear really well also. I'm thinking of putting a set on my wife's suburban.
