You could trim your font fender back?

I took an inch off my fender and flare in the front.

Here's my flare trimming. Just enough to be able to turn the full width of the tire.

I really dont want to hack this jeep up. but that is cool I found another set of ends that dont have fog lights so i will mount them and cut them.
My first trip rocking I broke the right side fog light off.

Didn't want to hack mine up either. I like the factory look. I took off an unnoticeable amount and you can't tell without sticking your head in the wheel well. You can't see it from the outside at all.

Check this out. No need to cut any part of the fog lights:

if it wont work ill just go with a 2.5" lift.
3" may not get you vibes.

the 97 and up are more prone to it though.

just try and find out

I keep seeing "97 and up are prone to it". But... my 97 has no SYE (yet), no t-case drop, and no vibes at 4.5".

Its not like every jeep is different there has to be a reason why some do and some dont

Every Jeep IS different. Each one is more worn than the next, more modded out than the next, or some other reason.

back from a few days ago, lifted my 99 3 inches, np231 t-case. had vibrations from 25-45 + grinding as soon as my foot left the gas pedal. just put in a 1 inch drop for the t-case, vibes and grinding have all gone away.

edit: vibes are gone, grinding is 90% gone.

different combos of tcase, transmissions, and rear axles mean a variety of different driveshaft angles and lengths. and also not all lifts are the same, you could end up a little taller or a little shorter than advertised lift height. along with the possibility of different pinion angles resulting from different length shackles and leaf spring packs.

not to mention the different wear and tear, like u joints , mounts, ect.
