Hey guys I'm almost 17 and I need to get my damn 2 front speakers fixed in my 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ any body know how much it will cost?

 

A few dollars if you can find working speakers at a junk yard. A lot of dollars if you go to a store.

 

Or even less if it's just a wiring issue and you can fix it yourself.

 

i would check the wires going to the speakers and make sure there good. check were they go into the doors. they like to break there because the door opens and shuts so much. if your wiring is good maybe get some different speakers. i haves polks that i am pretty happy with

 

Even if they where the premium sound pkg. factory speakers, they didn't sound that good, when they did work. Mine disintegrated with age. And where replaced with 125 watt Rockford Fosgates (full range 3-ways) about 4 years ago. When I put in a different head unit and 5 channel amp. At which time I ran all new 16 gauge speaker wire. I didn't want to deal with the factory 18 gauge speaker wire, that was installed. I'm very happy with the end results.
