Got it for $5500. 165k miles. Very clean. Appears to have a new head on it. What makes an 01 overheat? I did notice the heater core is bypassed. I assume it leaks and was never replaced since it's a Florida jeep and heater is not really needed. It was repainted in 2007 by the local jeep dealer nearby. Very professional looking job. Came with over 40 service records too.

Thanks for the link. I'll look through there and see if I can determine if mine is an updated head tomorrow. Just completed a 1,300 mile road trip with it. It did great! Temp hung out on the tick under 210, didn't use any coolant or oil, and averaged 19.12mpg! Best was 19.58. Got 321 miles to that tank.

I have one on this site https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/white-shadow-159281/
But a more complete thread is on C.T. http://www.cherokeetalk.com/forum/f2...-shadow-19699/
Camper build; http://www.cherokeetalk.com/forum/f2...r-build-54809/
Unfortunately work on my camper project is going to stall for the next couple months as spring is one of the busiest times of the year for me (Lawn Care) and we have a lot planned for the summer months between trail rides, camping/kayaking and a trip to D.C. and Ocean City M. this year. I really was hoping to get more accomplished, but I really want it to come out as good as I can get it.
