We just had the first snow of the season. So I get in my Jeep and ready to hit the unplowed road. It will not go into any 4 wheel mode. I searched the Forum and it didn't look good.
After the snow and ice melted off the underside I looked the transfer case over. I was ready to remove the TC but I put a pair of Vise Grips on the shaft coming out of the c. Hey it moved a little! So I sprayed the rusted linkage with PB Blaster. After a couple of beers I sparayed it again. After two more beers I
jumped in the front seat and now the lever moved. I worked it back and forth a couple of minites and now it works like new!

Now I will move this lever once a month from now on! This was an easy fix! Live and learn!
