1996 Cherokee

I'm looking at a 96 xj 4.0 I6. It's got 195000 miles for 3500 bucks. Is it too high a price for that mileage or am I looking at a lot more life? It's been maintained very well!

is it pretty much stock? Mods? How about rust? Oil leaks?
