I unscrewed the two bolts on the back of the power steering pump then started to undo the adjusting bolt to the bracket when I realized the belt wasn't losing tension at all. The belt is just as stiff as when the screw was all the way in please help quick

 

There's a couple of bolts at the front of the pump behind the pulley.

 

Two in front, two in rear.
Upper bolt on the front and nut on the adjuster.

 

Next time only make one thread.
