I think its a little small to go over the tire carrier. I think it fills the space IN the spare tire of a newer vehicle.

I believe that is for the premium sound chrysler "CARS" that have the spare tire in the trunk, they have a built in amp made by infinity if I were to guess.

Finally finished up the sub install. I still need to make an amp cover and a sub grill! Heres the box all done and covered though. I also redone the box mounting and went from screws to bolts. It is bolted to the sheet metal. Its going nowhere soon

Kinda hard to explain that. I didnt take enough pics as I went. Time consuming little bugger I can tell ya that. If you want one PM me and I might be able to make you one just like it. It also takes some extra modding but is well worth it.
