Finally had time to get started on my front bumper - figured I'd add a few pics.

The bumper started out as 3x6x3/16" tube. I sliced the back off to form a channel, brought the ends in a little, cut and tapered the bottom at the ends. I used Iron Scorpion frame stiffeners and made my own brackets to attach the bumper. Still need to figure out the corner returns - haven't decided what I want to do with those yet.

Thanks! I'm hoping to get the corner returns done this week so I can finish everything up...time and daughter permitting.
