Thanks! My projects take a long time because of the details but I can be proud when I'm all done

 

So I just got back from lowes and they had my 1 1/4 hole saw for the spindle. Here's a test fit. Got the first hole done and then the goddamn set screw flew out and my bit is useless without the pilot bit...

 

And here's what I got done tonight

 

It's looking great so far. Nice job.

 

hey guys! sorry it took so long but i finally got some plans done, and im gonna add the tire swing plans after this. here they are!

 

heres a drawing of my plans for the tire swing. as i build i will add dimensions and change as needed

 

Got some more work done on the tire swing. Here's pics. All I have left to do is finish the latch and build the frame and mounting plate, then paint it! As you can see, I had to angle the frame to clear the hatch

 

Thats really pretty awsome it looks alot better than most of the designs I have seen thumbs up sir

 

What I got done this afternoon. Made a little block so the swing will sit level above the bumper. All I need to do is the frame and mounting plate then I'm done hoping for a SNOWDAY tomorrow, supposed to get 15-20" here in the metro. If that's the case, I'm gonna heat up the shop and work all day to finish it!
