winch mount on tube bumper?

winch mount on tube bumper?
Would it be possible to make a winch mount to go on this bumper that would be sturdy...Im talking bout welding it

what i would do is cut the top center sectoin of the tube out enough to fit a flat plate in there, and on the front cut some triangles to fit from the mount to the bottom tube and that should hold the winch to the bumper, next you have to make sure you tie the bumper into "frame" good enough

my k5 is kinda similar with a tube bumper. it needs more reinforcement though, ill let the next owner do it because im not putting anything else in it and the winch is coming off.
