Just some more work stuff. Another packer arm (2.5" thick steel) ripped like it was a sheet of paper...

A couple of the welds during the repair, 5/32" 7018, multiple passes, welding the ears for the pin, 1 inch thick steel to the new 2.5" arm...

Speaking of which.... picked up a roll of Lincoln .030" NR211, and an FCAW tip - haven't had the chance to do much else than put the roll in and install the tip, but I'll say this much, HUGE difference between the FCAW tip and the MIG tip. The MIG tip is so bulky, I don't know why they'd ever put one on a flux-only welder... other than maybe to gain proficiency with having the larger tip.

D'oh... I keep forgetting about the ISP fiasco lol Looks great man! I'd like to do this with mine, but aside from not being equipped yet, I'm not there with the skills yet either :/ Speaking of which.... picked up a roll of Lincoln .030" NR211, and an FCAW tip - haven't had the chance to do much else than put the roll in and install the tip, but I'll say this much, HUGE difference between the FCAW tip and the MIG tip.
