Default streaching wheelbase

I've herd people streching the front 2" no problem, to do this all I need to do is extend my controle arms correct? And if I do the s10 bastard pack that extends the rear 2" will I need a longer drive shaft (I allready have a SYE) or is the durango pack a better rout? I currently have the RE 4" and im running 35 mtz's and want a little more room

All help is much appreciated

in the rear you just have to watch when the springs compress how room do you really have in the wheel well? and also how close is it to the gas tank.

if you need a longer driveshaft, one from a grand cherokee front is longer.

in the front just extend the control arms.

this is 33's stuffed with a 2" wheel base stretch at ride height

if you have a factory front skid you need to modify it. my steering like to take bites out of my skid plate so on the backside it is all tore up

My biggest problem was the sway bar hitting my coils. Might run into that yourself. I just welded new nuts to the frame and some 1.5" wide steel flat bar in between the nuts so that the bushings are still compressed a bit.

Yeah I don't run a sway bar either in my opinion they don't do anything plus I like freaking people out when I 3 wheel, I have the tnt skid so I think ill be good, I have been thinking about making some "long arm" radius arms like clatons and when I do that just strech the front as with the back folded I have an inch all the way around so that will come when I get a little more crazy with the trimming of the fenders, I just need new leafs and I herd of the s10 and dangaroo options and was considering that.. unless I have anouther option??

Thanks

to stretch the rear of the xj's i build, i use ford explorer leafs with a shackle relocation box. stretches 3 inches, and with a ford 9 inch, it clears the gas tank by an inch.

they are 56 inches long, so they flex and ride good. havent had axle wrap issues on any of the jeeps i have used them on

a standard bastard pack wont stretch ya back at all. (jeep main leaf and spring under axle springs underneath it) now the main leaf off of an s10 will strech it back 3in. but is also 2.5in longer (54in) than a xj main so an extended shackle or a relocation box would be required

which ones? i know there are a few veriatys... there is the single leaf with what looks like a bunch of cut off leafs or the 4 or 5 leaf pack also found in the rangers, or the 5 or 6 leaf pack which is what all the rangers use instead of an add a leaf?
