Default Homebuilt roofrack

Factory roof rack is long gone on the 88 so I decided to build my own. It's nothing fancy. Dimensions are 62" X 49" X 8". Gives me room to put a light bar at the front. Hopefully I'll finish building it today.

Support braces are planned for the bottom. Just not installed yet. I got the sides on it today between a dozen other things that needed worked on.

Sears Suburban ST/16. Around a 1976 model. Thing's a little tank! Gets used for alot of stuff, including pulling the 2dr around when it's being pissy.
