rear cargo mod idea
Im workin on the rear area of my jeep right now, more or less turning it into a 2 seater (front seats) with a bunch of storage in the rear and got to thinking, how hard would it be to more or less, but the bench seat in the rear in half, so you still can carry one passenger in the rear, while maintaining the ability to fold that seat down? I think it would be a cool idea to do because i've never seen it in anyone elses jeep before. Anyone ever seen it before? I might look into doing it, need to get my welder hooked up first though.

yea, you could use a zj seat, but it wouldnt match haha. I was thinking more or less, cut about 60 or 70% of the seat off (take the upholstrey off first of course) do a little welding, a little stitching and have a factory looking and matching rear seat. My mom is good ad upholstry, but she is down in virginia right now, and im at my apartment for school, so Ill have to talk to her this weekend and see if she could manage to redo the backseat to what I want.
