build looks great i too will be starting my bumper/tire carrier in the summer,i just want the bumper to come out about half an inch on both ends so i can weld plates on each ends to protect the lower quarters.

unirails extra support
it was a pain in there to design some extra support from the unirails, and i dont have pics today but it has more support from the "unibody" when painting iŽll show you, and behind the hitch has welded a piece of that kind of "hinge i used" for the tire carrier. and a bolt that traspases the unibodie.
this thing is bomb proof and it is very heavy.
tire=70lbs
tire carrier=50
bumper=100

guys i need and advice
what do you think will be the best.

grade 5, bullet proof
grade 8, bomb proof
inox, i just love them but dont know if they will do the work fine.

so grade 8Ž on the unirail and for the hitch support
iŽll use inox bolts just for the swing away.

I for one like it. Looks plenty heavy, with good attachment points.

I also envy that your bumper unbolts from the brackets. The one I am building is all one pice, so its gonna be a pain taking it on and off. Once it goes on it aint comming back off unless the rest of the jeep is totaled.
