Yeah its going to be tied into the old hitch mount. The last pic is the mounts that will be plug welded to the original hitch.

I do have the bumper brackets saved on auto cad in dxf file format so all you have to do is take it into a local shop with plasma or waterjet system and they can cut you the same brackets and you can build your own bumper off of it. This can also be changed depending on what you want to do. I also have the nut strip in CAD. Let me know if anyones interested!

The mudflaps make it look horrible imo. Do you have to have mudflaps in ID? Otherwise the actual bumper looks awesome.
Agree on the width, but it looks like you could run some thinner tube off them and run them forward for tube flares in the rear.
If you get a file for front mounts I'd definitely be interested. Going back to school here in a couple months and we have a CNC table available for use.

Design is nice but I don't agree with the material choice. Would have gone with HREW or DOM if you do plan on using that hitch for any towing or vehicle recovery. Did you use the stock 8 mounting holes on the rear cross member or extend the mount into the unibody rails?
