Default Power to manual conversion windows???

So I have power windows in my jeep right now but I really wish I had manual. out of the 4 windows I have only one works, the motors constantly stop working and if I had the manual crank it would be much more convenient and reliable.

Has anyone done, or seen a conversion from power windows to manual windows?

Thanks!

Easy. Go to a JY and pull the manual regulators out of the doors and swap them out. Youll want the door panels too though.

Yeah man thats it. The window glass is the same, the doors are the same, the window channels are the same. Hell, even the doors are drilled for BOTH the power and manual regulators. Just drill out the factory rivets that are holding in the regulators. Use either small bolts or new rivets to hold the new ones in. VERY easy and can be done in 1/2 a day. I did it on the old Ford van I had years ago. Couldnt afford new power parts so I replaced them with manual regulators.

Do you guys have any idea how much a jy would charge for 4 door panels and 4 manual regulators?

I found a guy parting out his 94' XJ on craigslist and he said all 4 regulators and 4 door panels for $100, but I don't want to spend that much.
