Built this skid for some friends, it is on a 99 TJ 4.0 with AX 15

looks good, I like the drain spout for doing oil changes. Have you tried fitting one on an xj? I imagine the fitment would be the same?

Nice job. Looks sturdy for sure. Have you built one for a gas tank? I'm getting ready to make a gas tank skid for my 99.

The XJ one would be the same.......maybe, I would have to check the spacing on the lower dust cover bolts on the AW4, but I am sure it is the same, I will build a couple and list them for sale soon. FYI the main structure is 1/4" plate.......overkill for sure, but the pan is vital Future units will only have a hole for the drain and no "spout", going forward is fine, but if you have to reverse on an obstacle that is coming into contact with the skid, it could cause an issue with snagging

That spout will help with draining for sure, but like you said...snagging can be an issue. Great idea, but I think I like the plain "hole" idea better! Easy cleanup instead of the spout haha.
