Ok misunderstood. The drag link is on top of the knuckle.
Lower end had to go under or else it would interfere with the springs and other junk.
This is all we had laying around in material so we used what we got.
It's a lot better than the bent up junk it had before.

what size rod ends are those? they look real tiny.

whey do some folks say Heims are not great for highway use? Are they noisy or something?

Oh, no... I agree. Not bashing it at all. I'm sure it's a heck of a lot better than what was on it. I was just wondering why you called it high steer. It's not high steer. Just typical cross-over steering. Nothing wrong with that.

Some say they wear out prematurely. I can't answer for them but I I've had heims on my steering for the past 2 years. I'd go thru 4 tres in 6 months. I'm running the same heims. Never had to replace one. Nothing wrong with them.

Idk, they might be 7/8 rod ends. Mine look tiny too and they're 7/8s...

yea, they look super tiny with that giant box tube next to them.
