Really wasn't able to do much today as my parents decided to take me and my wife to a Trans Siberian Orchestra concert today - which was a pretty sweet show btw. But, what my dad and I were able to do was...
Finished some filler welds on the top/front then pulled it off to prep it for paint. A LOT of 320 sand paper on an air orbital was used.

Just a couple welds left on the underside to be done in the morning and then it'll get painted. All the stitch welding is going to be done solid. I decided to call it a night at 2am.

Time: 5 days of building, goofing off, shooting crap, hanging out with family and friends, and pretty much being a bunch of guys in a garage. I really can't give an honest time as far as hours, but my guess would be around 20 hours of actual work considering how slow we were working on it.

Man, haven't been on in a while to check this out. Looks awesome! I must admit though, when I first looked at the primer shot (painted yellow) I was like NOOOOOO!!! LOL! But then had seen you went with black. Hahaa!! Looks great, you did a great job! Now pics with the winch on and getting used!

What did you source for steel and where did you pick it up from? I'd like to build a bumper in the future, but not sure what I should do for steel stock or sourcing it.
