Damn this is a really good looking bumper. I make and sell my tube bumpers but ive been wanting to make a few aheet prototypes. Looks killer man its nice to see some skill used in a bumper build rather than all the scrap thats thrown together on here.

Yea I love this little welder, just got the 10lb spool adapter for it. It's frickin sweet

 

Saw that, was just wondering why you didn't drill them out before welding on the tabs. It's be a TON easier with a drill press than sitting there doing it with a drill. But, hey, that's just my thought line. It's a great looking bumper and it's yours, so make it how YOU want to. That's part of what fabbing something is all about - personalization.

 

At the time my only 3/4" drill bit was toast LOL I'm gonna use a plasma to cut them

Do you use the flux core or solid wire. I run .30 solid wire and with gas and it works great. I make a lot of neat little art stuff too. Its very versitile

 

Right now I'm using flux core .035 because the regulator is leaking and I haven't replaced it yet

Wow bumper looks great. I'm planning on doing my own bumper soon. Do you have any dimensions? Just LxWxH?
