So i learned how to weld so ive been on a building frenzy. When i bought my jeep it didnt come with doors so i decided to make some. Im going to sheet metal over it to keep the mud out. This is just a Florida mud jeep. It gets trailered everywhere. Some of the welding i did some i didnt. And the rear bumper is all custom. The ends are diamond plate. A buddy thinks i should build some to sale. Tell me what you think. This was my first time fabbing stuff. Next is a longarm and roof rack. The last pic is my old stock bumper and the bent/rusted hitch we took out form when i bought this thing. The bumper and new hitch is welded into the unibody. Great bumper!

Not one for the whole doors off thing, but it looks real good. Nice work.

The bumper is OK, but I would have added sides to help it follow the lines much better.

Not a fan of the doors at all...

yea the jeep is just something to take to the woods but its relieable. The doors are to keep me in and im sheet metaling of it so noone will see the doors on the outside. The jeep will never see pavement

looks like you have a plasma cutter too judging by the pics from the bumper
bumper looks good, it looks similar to mine, and the doors are simple and get the job done, id prefer them made out of round tube but to each his own.
a cross piece in the middle of the doors wouldnt hurt though

Great looking bumper.

Actually no i dont have a plasma cutter. It was all done by a sawzaw. Some of the brackets for the hitch and the bumper mount we used a torch. Im getting a plasma cutter soon though. And the old hitch was done for. I wouldn't put anything to it. And yes its a fence gate latch. They are like 5 bucks and comes with the stricker part too. And its a tight fit. No wobble in it what so ever.
