building my own control arms for the lift ive stuck together... wondering if its best to take the measurements at weight on wheels (With new spings installed of course)... weight off wheels with both front tires stretched... or what? thanks...
I would position the axles where you want it, set caster /pinion angle and then measure bolt hole to bolt hole. Then build. To do this vehicle has to be on the tires, and at ride height.

Wheels/tires dont matter. have the jeep up on jack stands and set the axle at ride height on two more jack stands. Set castor/pinion angle and measure like stated above.
