That is a very nice looking front bumper. You clearly know what your doing with a torch.

wish i had a torch or plasma. but i made all of my cuts with angle grider with cut off wheels. 7" disks work wonders. i also have a circular saw that fits a 10 1/4" blade BIG mother. so i put on a 10" metal chop saw blade and used it too. with them two combined made cutting the thick metal a breeze some what.

I like the C-Rok as well. When I ordered my big tube, I ordered a full stick that came in over 21'. I did that so I'd have enough left over for a rear bumper for mine and for my friend that helped me weld. I'm beginning to design mine in my head now. It will pretty much copy the front, so that much is worked out. I've just gotta figure out the mount. I plan to remove the lower quarters on mine and run tube underneath like we did on the front.

haha yeah the mounts got me stumped to as of now. i wont be able to start it till next week though. i think once i get the bumper off i can get a better idea. im thinking on making mine more out of plate though and yeah cutting them lower corners off too. ive seen people putting in some 2x4 in the frame so i might look into that. it depends on what they have at the scrape yard. i cant wait to start the rear. you going to build in a reciever too? im goign to try to use my current one and cut it and put it into it. lots of building in the head as of now though cant wait to see how you do yours.

You may as well get comfortable if you're gonna wait on me. I mostly move like a glacier. I wanna hurry and get it done, but I'm not in need of it to be done right now. I'm not sure when I'll even start on it. I've got some projects on the house that have been pushed aside, and the wife would really like for me to get them done. Gotta keep momma happy. I've got a receiver hitch already, but I'm thinking of removing it. I've hit it a few times coming off of obstacles. My only problem is, my Jeep is my only tow vehicle for our pop up camper when we go camping. So it'll have to be strong enough to handle pulling about 2500 lbs.
