Are the dimensions/plans for making BPE's available? I work in a metal fabrication shop and could fab them up and have them powder coated for literally zilch. I've searched but haven't found them yet.........

JKS Bar Pin Eliminators prevent distortion of the shock absorber bushings by adding lateral compression, or preload. This ensures the bushings maintain their shape and deflect suspension impact forces to the shock absorbers, thus preventing the annoying noises and premature bushing failure common with standard bar pins.

 

use the rear sway bar mount, works perfectly

 

Using the sway bar mount isn't one of my options. It's my DD and I want to keep that intact. Fabbing a pair up won't cost me anything but some time. I suppose I could use the rear shocks to gleam some dimensions. Normally, I would just crawl under with a tape measure or caliper in hand and go to town, but the below zero temps we're experiencing make it less attractive.....

Makes me wonder what I did with those sway bar mounts when I took them off. Sure wish I knew I could use them for a BPE back then.

 

I actually made some using my old roller fairlead (well, cutting it up), so if you have one of those laying around it works great. I can take some pics later and get you some dimensions.
