Just follow along on my truggy build man.. you might learn something about suspension design. Also I have a decent shop.. not PIMP like yours I only have 4 welders, plasma, and a tubing bender
... so lets see some of your tube work.. mine is on here
My rig might not be the prettiest cause I beat the crap out of it.. some of my fab work is less then stella, but thats old work.. seems you are set on putting out an inferior product because ppl want it.. instead of building something that is better and more complex then tw frame mounts.

The funniest part about this thread is the words "internet fabricator" and "Web Wheeler" are being said to actual fabricators and to people who build and wheel rigs hard.

I think the concerns voiced in this thread are pretty legitimate.
The mounting system is questionable, and it does sit a little low. sliding over stuff doesn't work if it catches the front of the crossmember.

People just need to remember that it's not a finished product, nor is it a permanent fixture. I am no different than most jeep owners, and I sure things will change and improve as time goes along. I have a few things to do before I would ever attempt to wheel it.
I am itching to get it off road, so I may just weld it to the unibody rails, and just cut the welds when I get the frame stiffiners in.

Nice work, I see what you are shooting for and understand why you wanted to keep it simple. And of course with any incomplete fab job you and others will find things that need to be tweaked. Some people just get jealous and pissy because you have nice equipment, so feel the need to measure peckers. I'm a manual machinist professionaly, and have been welding since I was a wee one and must say those are some nice a$$ beads.
Oh, yeah You wanna bet your rig that I can run a lathe better than you? I will be at the shop in 11.5 hrs. be there with your title! Ya sissy!

Thanks, man!
I've actually been wanting to save my pennies, and get a lathe and mill. I've never used either, but I can only imagine the endless possibilities. Some day.

adding machining to your fabrication skills automatically gives you 'master of the universe' status. lol

There.
A quick and dirty weld job. Figured it would just be easier to weld it up and cut it off, than deal with the pissing match. Sorry, it still hangs "low", but it will just have to stay that way until the 4-link and axle swap.
