Led reverse light mod
So i hate that when your in the middle of the woods late at night and need to reverse and smash a tree because you cant see a thing well i decided to modify my oem taillights with these nice led boxes that a buddy had laying around. So i simply took a dremal and just cut out the clear part
and then after some trimming the light dropped right in
I then got some clear 2 part epoxy and glued it, just have to wire it in and see how it looks more updates to come.
If you have any other ideas please feel free to post em up

Nice! Beats a spotlight hanging under the rear. I dont know if youve ever backed a fullsize truck up in the dark but those would have been heaven for me a year ago. Any shots of the area it lighys up? Where did your buddy get the light boxes from?

I'm diggin' it! I am waiting on led's to do a taillight myself... kinda going for the Infiniti look. After all, I found out today, that the rims which came on my Jeep are from a Jaguar XK8.

Nice job man! Looks great. I went a different route. I converted my bulb to a single led projector set up and tucked some cheap fog lights under the back bumper.

good stuff here...i plan on just putting a single projector bulb in the stock housing, and then adding 2 3.5" lights in my dirtbound offroad rear bumper, since the holes are already in it they will be totally protected as well.
