I have no problems with water or snow on my 318, took the drip trays off the 5.9 hood vents that I have. I do have a filter wrap on my CAI, noticed last winter there was some snow around it. Never any problems though.

I'm not convinced snow and rain will make much difference given the size of the vents. We ran tractor engines out in the open for years with no problems. I ran mine through the car wash the other day, no issues.
ya i didnt mean that as a compliment because i too have gotten metal in my eye that started to rust. ya its not fun watching a pick go into your eyeball. kinda weird feeling with the numbing eye drops though.

I installed these last night in few hours. I've have tried everything else to drop my temp,So now I'm trying this, I may put 2 more a size smaller also.
What gril-o-sheet are u guys using the thin one or the thick basket one that's $14
I used the thin ones.They came in a two pack and I only used 1 I may install some more vents later with the other 1.
