homemade front bumper
Hey guys just wanted to show yall what ive been up too. I was lookin at bumpers on the internet about a month ago and realized that there way to expensive so i decided to make my own.

I started out with 1/4" flat stock steel.

So the nextday(sry no pics my camera batterys went dead) we finished welding the bull bar and u bolts on. We sanded it and panited it and the end result looked like this

Hope this helped you out.
***Sorry pics didnt work go to my profile and if have pics.

What did you use to get those nice strait clean cuts?
Plasma cutter? Sheer?
Curious becuse I want to build a bumper for my wifes f-150, and will be using flat stock on that build.
