yup, sure is. i use it for deer and coyotes

a psl and svd are both dragunovs. you cant buy the russian svd in amreica cause russia blows. lol

its more reliable than the russian though.

btw i shot him from 300 meters! i love it so...

ill stick with my 17hmr for small game any bigger, the 12g or 7.63x39 will take care of, and yes i have a couple different wepons thaT CHAMBER A 7.62X39 ROUND, a romanian ak47 and a ameriucan version of the sks, hey i got5 the sks dirt mcheap, so i aint complaining, its a year old and guys wife made him sell it cause they just had a kid
