if you guys would have read the thread he made on how he made them, you would understand. custom brackets and reusing stock socks from I think old xj hatches. either way they're cooler than any of our doors. and not everyone has the money to buy a kit. I know I sure as hell don't, thats why I try my best to make all I can for my xj.don't be haters lol

Heres my solution to the lack of cup holders in older XJ's.
Just a standard water bottle holder for a bike. All switches are usable with no interference. And it beats the plastic one u buy from the dealer. That i'm assuming would break if it was bumped at anything below freezing. Hey and it doesn't look to bad when its holding a drink and its +100F out

Keep that opinion of yours up there and leave it unless it turns into something positive or at least a little helpful in the least. so people have to be pampered all the time? we cant state opinions on the internet? i mean people should have at least a little thick skin when it comes to forums. i know i know i know this isnt pirate where you have to have thick skin but holly cow whats the big deal if someone types that they dont like something. the sensitivity is a bit much
