My $11.42 quick disconnect sway bar. Got all hard ware at tractor supply.put one pin with washers where the bolts came from. Also how I keep the sway bar it's self up out of the way. Check for clearance after and all was good. Used all factory parts as well
Where did you get the bracket piece? Tractor Supply also?
Auxillary headlights made from old cherokee headlights.
I welded a washer to the bottom of the headlight cavity then welded another washer to the mount. They go on the front roof rack rail. This way, I can angle which way they point.
The switch is wired in right below the headlight switch, and the only place you can see the wires is coming through the roof (which is sealed with a rubber gasket and rtv). They draw 40 amps so that's why there's 4 wires (20a each 2 hot 2 ground). And hot side fused by the battery.
So far they haven't rattled off at all, the roof rack actually moves before the headlights do. ****ty jeep roof racks... They are really helpful driving at night to avoid animals. I have yet to be late enough to need to use them offroad. The wiring in the back of the bulbs is sealed off so they won't short.
Engine: 4.3L with headers and full 3" exhaust system
Built a custom diff cover with all the bells and whistles. Has a magnetic drain plug and dip stick. Also ties into the truss to make the whole thing stronger

I used several things. I have a band saw, which saw most of the duty. Small angle grinder with cut off wheel and an air tool with a 3" cut off wheel. Sawsall saw some duty too
Wow. I thought you were going to say plasma table or water jet. You are dedicated my friend. Looks good, especially considering you cut it out by hand.

We didn't always have plasma tables, water jets, or lazer CNC machines.... used to have to do everything with regular joe tools just like that.
